The official stuff
100% organic white wine originated from North Alsace in France with its unique terroir with a lot of minerality and an entirely natural wine making process. The grapes are carefully selected and picked by hand.
Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is made from Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc & Riesling, creating tones of citrus, sweet fruits, honey, spices and cardamom with a high acidity. Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is a floral and fruity wine with a lively complexity that stays long on the palate with tension. Matured for 12 months before being gently liberated from alcohol.

Why it's worthy
Low Intervention wines are made with minimal intervention from the winemaker meaning very little additives are used and there's minimal/no fining or filtering.
What you'll taste
Floral on the nose with notes of citrus, ripe fruits, honey, spices and cardamom. The distinct Riesling varietal notes are complemented with the roundness given by the Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc.
The perfect pairing
White fish, smoked salmon or dessert.
The pleasant surprise
Like all 'low-intervention' wines, this is made with the absolute minimum of additives. Even the yeast fermentation is allowed to start on its own.
