Why it's worthy
Odd Bird focuses 100% on de-alc wines, and puts real effort into making them taste as close as possible to their alcoholic cousins
What you'll taste
A lovely pale pink fizz which is delicate and balanced. Aromas of plum and lilac, flavours of herbs, sherbet and guava. Crisp and balanced.
The perfect pairing
This is one to serve in a Champagne flute glass. I can imagine drinking it at a wedding or a birthday party :)
The pleasant surprise
The woman behind Odd Bird, Moa Gürbüzer, is committed to changing society by making non-alcoholic drinks the norm
