Why it's worthy
An IWSC Gold medal and Trophy winner. This 2019 vintage rosé is from a dryland farm where the vines are not trellised and are planted as bush vines.

What you'll taste
Light salmon pink in colour. Ripe strawberries and sweet candy floss tin the nose. Very refreshing.

The perfect pairing
Serve well chilled in a white wine glass. You could drink this with chicken or Italian food, but it's great by itself.

The pleasant surprise
DC stands for Darling Cellars - a group of farmers in the Darling area of South Africa's Western Cape who came together to build a winery in 1996.
