The official stuff
BLÅ sparkling tea starts out with delicate aromas of jasmine, chamomile and a hint of citrus. This is followed by a round taste from the careful selection of white teas and accompanied by good complexity and depth from the green teas. It ends in a long finish joined by comfortable tannins created by the Darjeeling First Flush. The colour is light green with yellow nuances. BLÅ is the perfect alcohol-free aperitif. It also pairs beautifully with various starters, vegetarian dishes or light mains, and most desserts.

Why it's worthy
This tea-based drink actually tastes very fruity - it's much more like wine than tea!

What you'll taste
BLÅ is a pretty, pale gold colour with lovely flavours of lime, grapefruit and lychee. There's a faint touch of ginger too, which adds a little warmth. Medium dry, with a gentle texture (which comes from the tea).

The perfect pairing
Drink this chilled, straight from the fridge, in a wine glass.

The pleasant surprise
Copenhagen Sparkling Teas are made by Danish sommelier Jacob Kocemba who hand-brews all of the teas.
