Delivery & Returns Policy
We offer free delivery to UK Mainland on orders above £60. Below £60 there is a £5.99 delivery charge.
We don’t currently ship internationally.
Delivery is usually 1 – 3 working days for orders placed before 12 midday.
To return your product please mail it to FAO Zero Zilch Zip, Wise Bartender, Unit 7, Wayside Farm, Evercreech, BA4 6QW. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
It often takes some time for banks and credit card companies to process refunds so allow at least 21 days before raising a question. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank and credit card company. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund within 21 days, please contact us at email@example.com
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to FAO Zero Zilch Zip, Wise Bartender, Unit 7, Wayside Farm, Evercreech, BA4 6QW.
If your item has been damaged in shipment please take a photo of the product immediately on delivery and email the photo, along with your order number, to email@example.com Damaged products will either be replaced or refunded by us at our discretion.
