To recreate the flavours of this oh-so-classic cocktail, Square Root use a combination of black sundried limes, kaffir lime leaf and fresh lime juice, adding raw cane sugar for an authentic Cuban flavour! For a refreshing and minty edge, they’ve also added a 24-hour cold syrup made using fresh mint. This cocktail is great to go straight from the bottle, but for the perfect serve, we recommend pouring with more lime and fresh mint!
