Botivo bitter aperitif is a small batch artisan drink from Hertfordshire with a bittersweet backbone and packed with herbal and citrus notes. The aged apple cider vinegar base is infused with rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood and orange zest balanced out with wildflower honey. Botivo is a unique and stunning addition to the discerning drinks market, made without alcohol, offering a full-bodied drinking experience. Made using no flavourings or preservatives, this is the no-alcoholic base of choice in places like The River Cafe, St John, Soho House and Selfridges.
The signature serve is over ice with soda/sparkling water and an orange slice. But it is amazing in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. It has a herbal, bittersweet, citrus flavour profile with a long finish. This is really something special.
