why it's worthy

Why it's worthy

Ideal as an aperitif. De-alcoholised doesn't mean compromising on taste and this sparkling rosé is made from premium quality grapes bursting with flavour.

what you'll taste

What you'll taste

A lovely, frothy pink wine, very dry, with lots of fruity character: strawberries and sweet plums. Crisp and refreshing.

the perfect pairing

The perfect pairing

Serve ce cold in a tall 'Champagne' flute. Goes well with a salmon salad, fresh sashimi or a ceviche, but it is great on its own.

the pleasant surprise

The pleasant surprise

The grapes for this wine were harvested from dryland framed vineyards in Darling, South Africa, where the vines are not trellised and are planted as bush vines.
