Fully certified by the World Halal Union, Princess Aurea Fenice Bollicine Bianco Dry is a new premium alcohol-free Halal sparkling white wine produced in Italy.
Mythology describes "Fenice" (Phoenix) as a majestic bird. A symbol of balance, longevity and rebirth. The first Aurea Fenice product from Princess in Italy derives from a vine that distinguishes it: Müller-Thurgau. This is a cross between white grape varieties that dates back to 1882. In Ato Adige (Northern Italy) it is mainly cultivated in the Val di Cembra, where, in the shelter of mountains and forests, its characteristics of understated elegance have found a natural cradle.
The limestone soils, altitude and wide temperature range of this valley favour the development of aromas and freshness and give to the Müller-Thurgau wine aromas of sweet peach with low acidity and a range of fruity flavours.
The product has been completely de-alcoholised after production, which allows the wine to retain the complexity normally associated with alcoholic wine. 0.0%ABV
