This beautiful, salmon-pink wine has glorious, fine bubbles and smells of crab apples and cherry blossom. It tastes dry and crisp, with lovely red plum and cranberry flavours and touch of gentle wood spice.

This wine is made from the Tempranillo grape, which is usually found in Spanish red wines. The team at Noughty realised that Tempranillo stands up brilliantly to dealcoholisation, and the result is very like a French Rosé Champagne.
