The official stuff
Gnista Red is NOT de-alcoholised red wine. Instead, it is crafted using similar techniques to those of their alcohol-free spirits (gastronomy and tradition meet food tech). Every ingredient is there for a reason, and the purpose is to deliver a taste sensation made up of tannins, body, earth, tartness, spice and just the perfect (read not too much) sweetness.Gnista Red French style has a perfumed nose, plenty of ripe red berries, and finishes with soft tannins and spice. – we like with matured cheeses and jam, meze or duck/game!

A great alternative to a de-alcoholised red wine.
What you'll taste
It doesn’t taste like a red wine, but similar to red wines, the Reds give tannins, complexity and a slight acidity. Gnista Red French style opens blushingly with a perfumed nose, plenty of ripe red berries, and finishes with a satisfying tartness. look out for the lavender!
The perfect pairing
You can drink this at room temperature or even chilled (great if the weather is hot) in a red wine glass.
The pleasant surprise
Crafted using technique that combines gastronomy with food tech, the is NOT de-alcoholised red wine. It is a blend of ingredients combined to deliver a taste sensation. The surprising addition of lavender works well.
