Xachoh Blend Number 5 is full of subtle eastern flavours such as cardamom, sandalwood, leather, aniseed, honey, fennel seed and baked bread. Quite unusual for a white spirit, it has a particularly woody taste which makes it an ideal accompaniment to tonic or soda and could even work as a digestif.
Crafted by the folks from Devon-based Salcombe Distilling Co, New London Light is composed of a combination of rich Macedonian juniper berries, ginger and warm habanero capsicum, each note perfectly complementing each other to provide a complex and layered spectrum of flavour.
With its beautiful lemony taste, it’s simply divine when paired with a tonic water alongside a finishing touch of orange or grapefruit slices. A really tasty grown-up drink.
