About NEWBLOOD
NEWBLOOD were founded in early 2020 in South Australia.
They specialise in alcohol-free wine and utilise traditional winemaking techniques paired with a cutting edge three-step distillation to perfect the taste of their wine, whilst also having no alcohol content (0.5%)
They say their mission is to forge a new path in wine making craft for the industry, leaving their very own mark on the alcohol-free world whilst also being authentic to their brand.
They aim to deliver aromatic, flavourful wine perfect for any occasion whilst also being completely vegan friendly, including the bottle and the label.

NEWBLOOD Non-Alcoholic Shiraz
The NEWBLOOD non-alcoholic Shiraz, made in Australia with locally grown Shiraz grapes, is deeply coloured in appearance, with an attractive bouquet of blood plum, dark chocolate and earth. The palate is soft and juicy with a velvety finish.
NEWBLOOD Non-Alcoholic Chardonnay
The NEWBLOOD non-alcoholic Chardonnay, made in Australia with locally grown Chardonnay grapes, is pale straw in appearance, with a vibrant bouquet of citrus blossom and honeysuckle. The palate is fresh, crisp and balanced.
NEWBLOOD Non-Alcoholic Rosé
The NEWBLOOD non-alcoholic Rosé, made in Australia with locally grown grapes, is a brilliant pale salmon in appearance, with rose petal, watermelon and wild strawberry aromas leading to a crisp and dry finish.
All 3 of these products are de-alcoholised wines, utilising cutting-edge triple distillation to remove the alcohol but leave the traditional, authentic tastes of South Australian alcoholic wine.

Beef, Lamb, Game or Chicken dishes
If you’re eating a dish consisting of one of these meats tonight, we’d recommend a glass of the NEWBLOOD Non-Alcoholic Shiraz. Due to the fact it’s not too sweet, it wouldn’t cancel out the flavours of the meats and its traditional red-style flavour and texture would ensure it’s a perfect match.
Pork, Rich fish (salmon etc) or Vegetable based dishes
If you’re considering a meal tonight including these meats or a vegetable based dish, we’d recommend a glass of NEWBLOOD Non-Alcoholic Chardonnay. Its light and soft nature accompanies the meat perfectly and it goes well with most vegetable dishes for this reason too. Its slight acidity also does well in interacting with the light nature of the foods.
